Care Instructions

Cleaning

Store in a dry place.

Do not dry-clean.

Before cleaning the bag, remove all the items from the bag.

Pretreat visible stains.

Mix warm water with mild dishwashing or laundry detergent and clean the bag with terry washcloth or soft bristle brush.

Let the bag air dry.

Unpacking

Due to the artistic process utilized to produce our masterpieces, it is normal to smell something when you receive it. 

Let it sit out for 2-3 days for the smell to dissipate.

    Our Ugly Holiday Sweater Purses are made upon order therefore:

    Normal, non-peak production time takes 9-11 business days from date of order.

  • Shipping Time

    Shipping time is dependent on the shipping company. Sometimes more than one carrier is involved in an order. Normally, non-peak shipping takes 8-15 business days after production is completed.

  • Suggested Lead Time

    Due to the custom, made upon order, and personalized nature of our products, we suggest you place your order 3 to 4 weeks before you will actually need it.
