A Note about our Laser-Etching Process

Our laser-etched travel mugs are different from our other products because the designs are NOT printed on to the actual product. Laser-etched travel mug designs are actually engraved. These black mugs are powder coated and then our digitally created designs are laser-etched out of the powder coat which reveals the metal backing of the mug. This means that the only colors present on the final product are the color of the powder coat and the metal backing of the mug itself. Laser etching creates a dynamic effect that gives the design an opportunity to shine… literally.

Production and Shipping Times

  • Production Time

    Our 40oz Laser-Etched Travel Mugs are made upon order therefore:

    Normal, non-peak production time takes 9-11 business days from date of order.

  • Shipping Time

    Shipping time is dependent on the shipping company. Sometimes more than one carrier is involved in an order. Normally, non-peak shipping takes 8-15 business days after production is completed.

  • Suggested Lead Time

    Due to the custom, made upon order, and personalized nature of our products, we suggest you place your order 3 to 4 weeks before you will actually need it.
